This is absolutely one of my favourite things to do: sit in the sunshine in a beautiful garden with a friend, a baby, and a plate of yummies. Looks like these women are enjoying it as much as I would.

This elephant elephant is out for a stroll in Windsor’s Sculpture Garden along Riverside Drive. The photo was processed using HDR imaging (High Dynamic Range) to give it the extra funky lighting effects. There’s more about the process on Wikipedia.

This is someone’s pet bunny either lost or abandoned. It’s taken up in our front yard and is helping to keep the weeds down. I tried to catch it to bring it in to the Humane Society for adopting but it’s too fast for me. It’s fine where it is for now […]

In parametric form, the curve is
x(t)=r cos(t)=(ae)exp(bt) cos(t)
Y(t)=r sin(t)=(ae)exp(bt) sin(t)
with real numbers a and b.
