Horses to help you cool off

The ongoing theme is “It’s too hot outside.” Think cool thoughts while you look at today’s photos:

Windsor has closed its windows and doors and started its air conditioners (making it even warmer outside). These horses look incredibly cool in the morning mist.

Here are a few other horses around town who don’t need to worry about keeping cool:

Windsor is more than just pretty flowers and quiet trails. East of downtown is the casino for people looking for a little more noise. Here it is at night with the lights shining.

These flowers grow wild all over the place. My grandmother used to pick armfuls of them and put them around the house on Pelee Island. I’ve got a few bunches in my yard (as do many people living here).
