The strike continues at the University of Windsor campus. Faculty and librarians went on strike September 17, 2008. The administration won’t talk to anyone including the mediator and students are frustrated. Facebook is running the rumour mill at full speed and another week of no school begins.

It’s hawk migration time. Holiday Beach hosted their annual Hawk Festival last weekend and the one before. I’m definitely keeping my distance from this bird.
