Been outside lately? There are some very beautiful parks around Windsor and Essex County to help you cultivate some serenity. If you’re anything like the rest of us you probably have too much going on, you’re too busy, and too tired to get out and enjoy yourself doing something quiet. Take a break and head out to Malden Park or one of the others around town and go for a walk through the forest, watch the ducks, or have a picnic on the grass.
