Let’s pretend it’s summer and that this sunset is warm.

It’s hard to believe that this photo was taken in February in cold, cold weather. I want to think that the photographer had just wandered away from a crackling campfire and that there’s a pile of picnic blankets waiting just behind.

But I know that really it’s a pile of snow and that the photographer’s fingers are probably freezing while the shot gets lined up and the picture taken. And no doubt, our brave photographer cannot wait to get back indoors.
