Last night there was a meetup of Windsor bloggers. Allison from CBC did a group interview which will air on the radio this morning. It was great to meet the people behind the blogs I read and to see other people so passionate about showing what’s great in our home town. Here’s to many more meetups!

It was fun to get us all together, however I didn’t get to talk with as many as I wouldhave liked to…
Hopefully we’ll be able to get everyone together again soon.

I wish I could have stayed longer. I missed out meeting the people who came later on and I would have like talking more to those around me. Everyone seems to have such interesting projects.
@ Andrew and Jim: agreed and agreed.
@ Pina: thanks for the note. I missed a quotation mark. The link is there now. I missed the CBC interview but there was a tiny clip on the 4:30 news. I’m glad it sounded good. I think we were a very articulate group — no surprise for a bunch of bloggers.
@ Chris: I heard that at 4:30 and cringed for you. A wrong url is worse than no url. I noticed that scaledown.com is parked — you might want to see if it’s feasible because unfortunately that likely won’t be the last time someone does that.
As for another meetup, I’ve started a wiki at http://www.windsorblogs.pbwiki.com. Give me a day or two to get it rolling and we can use it to collaborate and plan the next meetup.

I have a group/pool on Flickr called “Global Sociology” where members submit photos about the way they live, where they live. I noticed that one of your members had left comments on photo’s taken in Windsor. If you are interested I could start a pool specifically for photo’s of Windsor.
