I’m not sure where this is but guessing from its tags it looks to be somewhere in Walkerville.

It looks like a cozy place, where you can sit undisturbed, with a borrowed book, gazing randomly out the window, chatting with a friend, and sipping something tasty. Sounds to me like a great way to spend an afternoon.
