Monday was pizza, Tuesday was Ketchup on Pasta, today it’s Roasted Red Peppers. Yummmmmm.
I love the smell when these are baking. It fills the entire house and sneaks out into the street. I toss them in hummus but I should look into other uses. If you have any tips to share please drop them in the comments.

i cut them into strips, add a crushed clove of garlic, chopped parsley, little salt and a bit of olive oil…mmmmmm…deeeelish!

And then what? A spoon and eat it right out of the dish? or on bread? Sounds delicious!
