I don’t think beaches are just for sweltering-mid-summer days. There’s something special about a cool fall day, digging your toes in the sand, and feeling the wind blowing past you and through your hair. This is one of my favourite times of year, when the leaves are just beginning to change colour and it’s cool enough to wear pants and a sweater but you don’t quite yet need mittens.

If there’s any time at all this weekend, this is where I’ll be. If you see me, be sure to say hi.
