On Saturday August 11 2007, the Kids of Steel Triathlon was held at Sandpoint Beach.

398 children raced through the water, on bikes and down the Ganatchio Trail.

The weather was gorgeous and everyone was a winner! Number 46 on the right came in first in the 0-5 age category. Every athlete received a finisher’s medal and went home full of treats provided by the sponsors.

Information about the 2008 races for kids and adults will be available in the spring so keep an eye on the Windsor Triathlon website for details.
