It seems the summer is speeding by out of control. Maybe it’s because I’m trying to do too much. At least it’s all fun this time around. This dog reminded me today how important it is to just get out and look around, no matter how busy I am. There’s still a bit of time to enjoy the summer — so get out and walk the dog, toss a ball around, stick your toes in the sand, or just sit in a chair and feel some wind on your face. The weekend is upon us!

For surrounding summer activities I recommend to some blueberry picking during a lazy afternoon. Anti-oxidants are very hyped nowadays so must be good!
