We’ve been looking at pictures of places in Windsor here at Blog Windsor, but a community is more than the buildings, creatures, and flowers you find there. Community doesn’t happen without the people who work together. Artcite is

Windsor’s artist-run centre dedicated exclusively to the presentation and promotion of contemporary and experimental art forms, … maintain[ing] a balanced and diverse program of visual art exhibitions and events, including: performance, film and video screenings, artist’s lectures and workshops, and presentations of experimental music and interdisciplinary art production.

A great way to feel part of a community comes from getting involved and Windsor has a great number of organizations that welcome volunteers. Don’t be shy, just jump in and have some fun. ~
