Remember spring? When the trees were first getting leaves, the snow was melting and the birds were beginning to nest? Remember winter when the grass was buried, the roads were slippy, and mittens and scarves were required? I have a hard time picturing us like we were just a few months ago when I look around and see all of the grass dead and the gardens in full bloom like they are today. Tulips I remember, but it seems so long ago already.
